My husband and I wish to thank you for the fine service and accommodations we had at Gateway Apts.  Kelly and Grace were exceptional in their care of the complex.  They always treated us with respect and much kindness during our stay.  Both went out of their way to help us adjust to this area.  Also, the maintenance crew were always prompt in answering our needs.  You can be proud of the folks who represent your company at Gateway Apts.

Service men were so nice to take care of my heater problem.   They were very professional and did an excellent job.
